The requested videos will be sent directly to the email address provided at the time of the request. Please ensure that you enter a valid and accessible email.​

2. Download Instructions:

Along with the email, you will receive detailed instructions to properly download the file. It is essential that you carefully read these instructions before attempting the download.

3. Delivery Time & Email Check:
The email containing the download link will be sent within 24 hours after your request. If you do not receive the email within this period, you may request it again without using a download credit.
We also recommend checking your Spam, Junk Mail, or Other folders, as the email may have been automatically redirected.

4. User Responsibility:

Delete my account

Once the decision has been made to delete the account, this action will be taken within a few minutes. All your private data and information, cookies and internal browsing history will be deleted forever. Make sure you have no active subscriptions before requesting cancellation.

If there are any active subscriptions on your account, they must be expired or canceled before your account can be deleted.The act of canceling your subscription implies that you will lose your resources; this decision is yours alone. No refunds.

Once you have requested that your account be deleted, our team will begin to analyze all the information on your account. If anything is outstanding, our team will contact you. The period is 7 days.​​​​​​​​
