By applying for access and or services from this website, Subscriber is agreeing to these terms and conditions, and is agreeing to be legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this website without notice upon each subscriber.

Creating the BMF Account

 

In order to access some of the features offered by the Site, you may be required to create a user login account. In connection with creating a user login account for the website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form; and promptly maintain and update Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times while you are a registered user.

 

As part of the registration process, you will select a unique username and password that you must provide in order to gain access to the non-public parts of the website. You represent and warrant that you will not disclose your unique username and password to any other person and that you will not provide access to the Site to anyone who is a minor in your jurisdiction.

 

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. We will not disclose your password for security reasons.

 

Unauthorized access to the Site is illegal and a violation of these Terms of Service. You may obtain access to your billing records regarding charges for your use of the Site upon request, as required by law. You may first be asked to provide sufficient information to confirm that the applicable account belongs to you.

Delete my account

Once the decision has been made to delete the account, this action will be taken within a few minutes. All your private data and information, cookies and internal browsing history will be deleted forever. Make sure you have no active subscriptions before requesting cancellation.

If there are any active subscriptions on your account, they must be expired or canceled before your account can be deleted.The act of canceling your subscription implies that you will lose your resources; this decision is yours alone. No refunds.

Once you have requested that your account be deleted, our team will begin to analyze all the information on your account. If anything is outstanding, our team will contact you to let you know why your account has not yet been deleted. The period is 7 days.

Description of Services

Bmf will provide one access right to access the Site and its materials for which Subscriber is purchasing a membership.

Automatic recurring billing (if selected by Subscriber on the sign-up page)

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Site, Subscription fees will automatically renew at or after the end of the original selected period unless Subscriber receives a cancellation notice. In the event of an unsuccessful attempt to charge the Subscriber's payment method (for example, if the payment method has expired or has been declined), BMF reserves the right to attempt to re-charge the Subscriber's payment method for the amount due or for an amount less than the amount due, provided that any attempt to charge a lesser amount may be made only once, and BMF will resume charging the Subscriber's subscription for the full amount agreed upon enrollment. BMF may suspend or terminate the Subscriber's membership if BMF is unable to successfully collect a valid payment method.

Electronic Confirmation

​

Subscribers will receive a confirmation to their email address provided at the time of initial Subscription. PayPal will also confirm your payment via email

Cancel Subscription

​

At any time, and without cause, the subscription to the service may be terminated by either: BMF chat or in your "subscription management" account). Subscribers are responsible for charges incurred up to the date of termination.

Refunds

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to refund the purchased amount if there is a technical error with respect to the purchased Content; this is to be determined by us in our sole discretion.At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers or to purchasers of Content. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are in our sole discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

Indemnity
